Construction Progress June 2023, Sunshine Beach Resort & Residences.

Building A4:

The electrical and plumbing installation on all three floors of A4 building is 100% complete. The exterior wall plastering is 90% complete.

Building A5:

The masonry work on the third and fourth floors of A5 building is 70% complete. The electrical and plumbing installation is 30% complete.

Building E:

The main structure of the E building is 100% complete. The masonry work on the first floor is 65% complete, on the second floor is 15% complete, and the layout for the masonry work on the third floor is 100% complete.

Building D:

The main structure of D building is 100% complete. The masonry work on the second floor is 8% complete, and the layout for the masonry work on the third floor is 100% complete.

Building C:

In C building, the fifth-floor slabs in the C2 area are 90% complete, the first-floor slab in the C1 area is 100% complete, and the framework columns on the first floor are 60% complete.

Building A1:

The fourth-floor slab of A1 building is 100% complete.

Building A2:

The fourth-floor slab of A2 building is 30% complete.

Building A3:

The second-floor slab of A3 building is 100% complete, and the framework columns on the second floor are 30% complete.

Eastern perimeter wall of A5:

The prefabricated piles are 100% complete, and the installation of the bottom concrete barrier is 70% complete.

In the next month, the focus will be on:

Continuing the progress of the mentioned construction projects.

Installing aluminum alloy sliding doors and constructing the rooftop observation deck and exterior wall coatings for A4 building.

Masonry work for A5, A1, E, D, and C buildings.

Construction of the main structures for A1, A2, A3, C, and B buildings.

Foundation pedestals and main structure construction.

Construction of the river embankment walls and the eastern road of A5.
