Nearly all essential components of each building were completed in Phuket’s new Beachfront project Sunshine Beach Resort & Residences by T.H Group Phuket Co, Ltd.

Recent events on the Sunshine Beach project’s construction side are clarified by our sales manager, Daria.

Building A4:

2nd-floor plumbing and electrical installation are completed by 100%.

3rd-floor plumbing and electrical installation are completed by 100%.

4th-floor plumbing and electrical installation are completed by 20%.

Building D:

The 3rd-floor slab was completed 100%.

The 4th-floor slab was completed 100%.

Building C:

The 2nd-floor slab was completed 100%.

Building B:

Foundation completed 30%.

Building A1:

The pile foundation was completed 100%.

Sales office demolition is completed 100%, and A2 pile foundation construction started.
