Welcome to the latest construction update for Sunshine Beach Resort & Residences, an exquisite real estate project by T.H. Group Phuket. As of May 2024, significant progress has been made on this premier development, featuring luxury villas and houses for sale in the beautiful region of Phuket.

Building A1

Floors 1 to 4: 1 freight elevator, 1 passenger elevator, installation of indoor and outdoor air conditioning units, corridor and balcony putty, room ceilings and floor tiles, balcony ceilings 100% completed.

Bathroom wall and floor tiles 85% completed, balcony floor tiles 60% completed, aluminum alloy doors and windows 98% completed, balcony glass railings 15% completed.

Building A2

Floors 1 to 4: 1 freight elevator, 1 passenger elevator, installation of indoor and outdoor air conditioning units, corridor and balcony putty, room ceilings and floor tiles 100% completed;

Bathroom wall and floor tiles 62% completed, balcony ceilings 30% completed, balcony floor tiles 15% completed, aluminum alloy doors and windows 98% completed.

Building A3

Floors 1 to 4: 1 freight elevator, 1 passenger elevator, installation of indoor and outdoor air conditioning units, corridor and balcony putty, room ceilings and floor tiles 100% completed;

Bathroom wall and floor tiles 71% completed, balcony ceilings 30% completed, balcony floor tiles 25% completed, aluminum alloy doors and windows 98% completed.

Building A4

Floors 2 to 4: Aluminum alloy doors and windows, 1 freight elevator, 1 passenger elevator, installation of indoor and outdoor air conditioning units, corridor and balcony putty, room ceilings and floor tiles, bathroom wall and floor tiles and ceilings, balcony floor tiles 100% completed.

Balcony ceilings 25% completed, first-floor lobby decoration 99% completed.

Building A5

Floors 1 to 4: 1 freight elevator, 1 passenger elevator, installation of indoor and outdoor air conditioning units, corridor and balcony putty, room floor tiles and ceilings 100% completed;

Aluminum alloy doors and windows 98% completed.

Building B

Floors 1 to 5: 1 freight elevator, 2 passenger elevators, corridor and balcony putty, installation of indoor air conditioning units, diesel generators, basement cable trays and cable laying 100% completed; Aluminum alloy doors and windows 98% completed, room ceilings 33% completed, room floor tiles 70% completed, outdoor air conditioning unit installation 95% completed, bathroom wall and floor tiles 60% completed.

Building C

Floors 1 to 5: 1 freight elevator, 2 passenger elevators, corridor and balcony putty, installation of indoor air conditioning units, diesel generators, basement cable trays and cable laying 100% completed; Aluminum alloy doors and windows 98% completed, room ceilings 57% completed, room floor tiles 94% completed, outdoor air conditioning units 70% completed.

Building D

Floors 1 to 5: 1 freight elevator, 2 passenger elevators, corridor and balcony putty, installation of indoor air conditioning units, diesel generators, basement cable trays and cable laying 100% completed; Aluminum alloy doors and windows 98% completed, room ceilings 26% completed, room floor tiles 26% completed, balcony railing slots 60% completed.

Floors 1 to 5: 1 freight elevator, 2 passenger elevators, corridor and balcony putty, installation of indoor air conditioning units, basement cable trays and cable laying 100% completed; Aluminum alloy doors and windows 98% completed, room ceilings 34% completed, room floor tiles 28% completed, outdoor air conditioning unit installation 10% completed.

Perimeter Walls

Rainwater pipes and roads on the north side of buildings A5, D, and E 100% completed; Rainwater pipes and roads around buildings A1, B, C, and E 100% completed.

Swimming Pools

The main structures of pools 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, and 10 are completed.
