May 2021: Earthworks

The first stage of the land cleaning and preparation is completed:

• Devegetation was successfully completed.
• Riverbanks were defined with stones to identify the border between the land and the river.
• Inspectors from the Phuket Land Department have visited the construction site for the land survey and measurements.
• At this stage, specific construction areas and boundaries of the land were determined.

Before the construction of foundation begins the soil will be backfilled, treated, and levelled.
