EIA For Hotel Has Been Approved
Officials from the National Environment Council visited Sunshine Beach Resort & Residences for an assessment, which is one of the pre-EIA procedures for the hotel’s EIA approval for our project. The board meeting was held in early September and Sunshine Beach Resort & Residences received approval for the hotel from the Department of the National Environmental Council, and also updated the EIA for the residence. In addition, the official name of the project has been updated to Sunshine Beach Resort & Residences.
