June 2021: Tender for Hotel Operator

A Letter of intent with Pan Pacific Hotels Group is ongoing, and further negotiations with the hotel management company are in the process. Moreover, Accor Hotels Group, Sheraton Hotel Group and Marriott Hotel Group, upon learning that Sunshine Beach will obtain hotel EIA approval, have contacted the project and expressed their interest to become the hotel management brand. The first round of negotiations is currently ongoing.
