February: The Project Received Construction Permit

We are happy to announce that Sunshine Beach Resort & Residences received construction permit for both hotel and condominium parts. This permit ensures that the building has been planned according to appropriate architectural standards, zoning regulations and safety. The permit legally authorizes the developer to begin construction according to the plan submitted.
