Payment Terms

For investment prospects, the Sunshine Beach Resort & Residences project offers the greatest payment terms.

Reservation fee: 

Studio: 100,000 THB

2 Bedroom: 200,000 THB

3 Bedroom: 300,000 THB

Down payment: 90%, in December 2023

Second payment: 10%, in June 2024  

Additional Information

1. Maintenance fee: 60THB/Sq.m., 2 yearly payments in advance, pay with the last payment.
2. Sinking Fund: 800THB/Sq.m., 1-time payment, pay with the last payment.
3. Excluding Taxes and Registration Fees. The registration fee shall be equally paid by the developer and Lessee on the registration.
4. Reserved the right for clients who pay the deposit first.
5. The above prices are for Leasehold only, The Freehold fee needs to be paid by 500,000 THB for the studio and 1-bedroom, 1 M THB for 2-bedroom,1.5M THB for 3-bedroom.
6. Furniture package: 500,000 THB for studio and 1-bedroom; 1M THB for 2-bedroom,1.5M THB for 3-bedroom.
7. Every time a unit is sold, the price of the remaining units of the same type will be adjusted from the next day.
